After your new web site is online, we can maintain it for you by updating text, photos and adding pages whenever needed. Your church, ministry or business will be billed monthly for updates to your web site. We set you up with a content management system so you can make content changes to your web site without programming knowledge. |

We usually don’t hire someone who can’t carry a tune to lead the church choir. If someone has no idea who Adam and Eve are, they probably aren’t teaching Sunday School.
Why should finding a webservant be any different?
When starting a church web site, the first big mistake many churches make is having someone unqualified for the job squeeze out a site. It’s nice to have that “go-getter” attitude, but in this case it’s unnecessary. It is easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than have a non-professional design the your church web site and have it turn out heavenly.
Despite that, many churches tend to pick a long-time volunteer who’s already part of the “inner flock” of church hierarchy. In the “00’s” that is often someone who isn’t very computer literate. The chosen one, Internet savvy or not, is usually sent to a classroom to learn how to use one of many expensive HTML software programs. The inexperienced volunteer goes on to build a site that is likely ridden with design sins, and difficult to navigate.
